This is a picture of my heart rate monitor.
It helps me have efficient workouts.
It also saves crucial data from my previous workout.
When I went to the gym today, it reminded me my last workout was on May 24th, 2004.
Stupid heart rate monitor.
Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in hospitals dying of nothing.
